Returning Parents

Dear Horizon Families,
Enrollment is now open for returning families as well as new families! There is no money required in order to submit your re-enrollment as the enrollment fee will be added to your tuition balance and amortized over the 2019-2020 school year.   Enrollment fee amounts are applied based upon the day the packet is submitted and complete online.  Please refer to our Schedule of Tuition & Fees so that you are aware of the fee increases and other important information. Note: Enrollment Fee deadline dates come quickly, with the first cutoff being March 1.
To quickly re-enroll your student, you will need to access your ParentsWeb through your existing login. Follow the instructions to update and complete the few necessary steps for the next school year.
  • On a desktop computer, please go to
  • Click on Parent Log in in the top right menu and click on FACTS Family Online (formerly ParentsWeb)
  • Type in the district code is HC-OR.
  • Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
  • After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
  • Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for {StudentFirstName}.
  • Click on the Start Enrollment Packet to get started.
  • Follow the prompts in the left menu.
FACTS: Please note, the Payment Plan in FACTS is the only part of FACTS needed to submit your Enrollment Packet, as this is separate from the application for Variable Tuition.
Variable Tuition: If you are planning to apply for Variable Tuition, returning families must complete the Variable Tuition Application process no later than June 30th to be considered for a tuition discount.
New Family Member wanting to Enroll at Horizon: If you have a new student you would like to have attend Horizon Christian School, you must complete an Online Application for them. For new siblings go to Apply on our website to "Create a New Student Application" and begin the process.
Elementary School Wait Lists: Please be reminded that some of our grade levels will be at or over our enrollment capacity quickly.  If you submit your enrollment and capacity for a grade level is reached, you will be notified of placement on a temporary waitlist until enrollment warrants a second class.
Forms: All Optional Forms have been removed from the re-enrollment process and are now available under Forms on our website.  Please review this list to see if any forms apply to your family.
