To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access your ParentsWeb through your existing login. To access ParentsWeb:
- Please go to www.renweb.com
- Select Logins from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
- The District Code is HC-OR.
- Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
- After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
- Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
Follow the instructions as you edit your student's information. New this year, the enrollment fee will be added to your tuition balance and amortized over the 2017-2018 school year.
As a courtesy to existing families, we allow siblings of current students to enroll during the priority period. For new siblings, go to our website, Admissions > Applying > Apply Now > Online Application, log in and click, "Create a New Student Application", and begin the process.
Please allow for ample time to complete the enrollment process prior to the Enrollment Fee deadline dates. Enrollment fees are based upon the day the packet is submitted and complete. Please refer to our Schedule of Tuition & Fees as no exceptions will be made regarding the enrollment fee deadline increases.
Also new, all forms have been removed from the re-enrollment process and are now available on our website under the "Forms" tab. Parents must complete the "Volunteer Screening Form" if you plan to volunteer. All additional forms are optional depending on need. Please complete the required forms ASAP.
